Tomates Rellenos Camarones

Tomates Rellenos Camarones
Tomates Rellenos Camarones
Ingredientes:

100 gramos de camarones cocidos
tomate – cantidad permitida
zumo de medio limón
1 cucharada de perejil (y cualquier condimento adicional que desee)
sal / pimienta al gusto
tabasco (opcional)

Instrucciones:

1. Coloque los camarones cocidos en el procesador de alimentos.

2. Un pulso par de veces para picar los camarones. O, simplemente, cortar con un cuchillo afilado.

3. En un tazón pequeño, combine los camarones picados, el perejil, el jugo de limón, sal / pimienta.

4. Cubra y refrigere por 30 minutos-1 hora.

5. Al momento de servir, cortar la parte superior de tomate.

6. Saque con una cuchara en el interior del tomate.

7. Cortar y combinar el interior del tomate con la mezcla de camarones. (Es posible que descarte las semillas, si quieres.)

8. Rellene con la mezcla de tomate de camarón.

9. Cubra con una par de guiones tabasco (opcional) y servir.
